Instructions
  1. For preparing tomato cream sauce, boil water in a vessel and add in the tomatoes.
  2. Peel the tomatoes once the skin becomes loose.
  3. After the tomatoes are cooled, blend it to a fine paste.
  4. Heat oil in a vessel.
  5. Saute in the grated garlic, tomato puree, tomato paste, oregano, pepper and salt.
  6. Allow it to cook for 10 minutes on low flame. Remove it from the flame.
  7. Pour in the cream and mix well.
  8. Tomato cream sauce is ready. Serve with chicken roast.
