  • Large white or black promfret – 1no
  • Onions – 2nos
  • Green chillies 3nos
  • Ginger 1/2piece
  • garlic 4Pods
  • Tomatoes large ripe – 2nos
  • Kashmiri powder – 2tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4tsp
  • Salt(to taste) –
  • Corriander powder – 1/4tsp
  • Pepper – 1/4tsp
  • Oil(for frying) –
  • Corriander leaves(for garnish) –
  • Curry leaves(for garnish) –
  1. cut fish, make a paste of salt , turmeric and chillie powder and apply to fish and shallow fry and keep aside.
  2. Cut onions, ginger, garlic green chillies into small pieces and fry this in oil.
  3. Add cut tomatoes, chillie powder, corriander powder, turmeric powder, and fry well till you see oil come out of this mixture.
  4. Pour this mixture over the fried fish and garnish with corriander leaves and curry leaves.
  5. Enjoy!!!
