Instructions
  1. For preparing tomato fish, heat olive oil in a vessel and fry onions till transparent.
  2. Meanwhile grind the tomatoes to a fine paste.
  3. Pour the above tomato paste, green chillies, chilly powder, ginger, garlic and salt into the sauted onions. Mix well for 5 minutes on low flame
  4. Toss in the fish fillets, tomato puree and fenugreek leaves with required water. Allow it to cook on low flame till tender. 4)Tomato fish is ready. Serve hot.
