Instructions
  1. For preparing tomato sambal, put the tomatoes in boiling water to loosen the skins. Remove the skins, halve, discard the seeds and chop the flesh finely.
  2. Place the chopped tomatoes in a large bowl, add the salt, chilly sauce, soy sauce and chopped coriander leaves. Mix well.
  3. Tomato sambal is ready. Leave the sambal to stand for 30 minutes before serving.
