  • Turkey salami – 50g
  • Tomato(cut in fine rings) – 2nos
  • pizza sauce – 1tbsp
  • garlic(grated) – 2cloves
  • Black olives(chopped) – 1/2cup
  • Mozzarella cheese(grated) – 1cup
  • Thyme 2tsp
  • olive oil(As reqd) –
  • Salt(As reqd) –
For the pizza dough:
  1. For the dough: 1)For preparing turkey salami pizza, first sift flour into a big bowl.
  2. Mix in salt, yeast and sugar well.
  3. Make a well in the centre and add in the warm water. Knead the dough well.
  4. Remove the dough from the bowl and place it on a clean work surface.
  5. Knead it for 10 minutes till the dough is soft and elastic.
  6. Grease a bowl with a little olive oil and place the dough in the bowl. Cover it with a cling film and keep it in a warm place till it doubles in size.
  7. Then punch down the dough and knead it well for another 20 minutes.
  8. Divide the dough into 12 portions.
  9. Roll the dough with a rolling pin on a floured surface till it becomes round and 1/4 inches thick.
  10. Now place the rolled out dough on a greased baking sheet, cover it and keep it aside for 20 minutes for it to rise.
  11. Spread pizza paste on top of it.
  12. Layer with turkey salami¦s and sliced tomatoes on it.
  13. Sprinkle thyme, black olives, grated garlic and grated mozzarella cheese.
  14. Put the baking sheet with the rolled dough in a preheated oven and bake it at 220 degrees celcius till it becomes golden brown.
  15. Repeat the procedure with the remaining dough.
  16. Turkey salami pizza is ready. Serve hot.
