  • Valaikkai – 1no
  • Besan flour – 1/4cup
  • Rice flour – 2tbsp
  • Red chilly powder – 1tsp
  • Turmeric 1/4tsp
  • Salt(As per taste) –
  • Asafeotida – 1/4tsp
  • Oil(For Frying) –
  1. Peel the skin and cut the valaikkai as thin slices
  2. In a bowl add all ingredients then mix well
  3. Add water and make it into the bajji batter consistency
  4. Heat oil and dip valaikkai and fry in oil. cook for both sides
  5. Now Serve and taste Hot Valaikkai Bajji
