Instructions
  1. For preparing veal fillet with lime sauce, season the fillet with salt and pepper. Sprinkle with maida.
  2. Shallow fry it in butter with garlic and rosemary.
  3. Cover and bake it for 15 minutes at 180 degrees celsius.
  4. Remove the meat from the oven and keep it warm.
  5. Take a pan, add in lime juice and sugar. Heat it till it reduces a bit. Pour it on top of the cooked veal.
  6. Veal fillet with lime sauce is ready. Top it up with fresh cream and serve immediately.
