Instructions
  1. For preparing veg vermicelli biryani, roast the vermicelli till it becomes golden brown in colour. Keep it aside.
  2. Heat ghee in a pan.
  3. Add in onions, carrot, beans, cauliflower, peas and potato. Saute well till it cooks and keep it aside.
  4. In the same vessel add in some more ghee and heat it.
  5. Roast cloves, cardamom and cinnamon.
  6. Then add 1 cup of water, vermicelli and salt. Mix it well.
  7. Add in the sauteed vegetables and mix well.
  8. Then add in green chillies, ginger, coriander powder, garam masala, chilly powder, turmeric powder, mint leaves and curry leaves. Mix it well and cook on low flame.
  9. Allow it to cook till the water evaporates.
  10. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  11. Veg vermicelli biryani is ready. Serve hot with chutney.
