For Balls:-
For Gravy:-
  • Oil 2tbsp
  • Onion 2nos
  • Capsicum 1/2cup
  • Green chillies 2nos
  • Ginger 2tbsp
  • Soya Sauce – 3/4tbsp
  • Chilli sauce – 3/4tsp
  • Veg stock – 2 1/2cup
  • Tomato sauce – 2tbsp
  • Sugar 1/2tsp
  • Salt(Do keep in mind that u`ve added salt for the balls, u`re adding soya sauce & there will be salt in veg.stock if using cubes) –
  • Corn flour – 2tbsp
  1. In a bowl, mix all the ingredients for making the balls.
  2. Fry them and keep aside.
  3. Heat 2 tbsp of oil in a wok.
  4. Add one by one ginger, green chillies, onion and capsicum.
  5. Saute till onion and capsicum are done.
  6. Add soya sauce, chilli sauce, veg stock, tomato sauce, sugar and salt.
  7. When it boils, add cornflour paste.
  8. :- Do not add the balls now if u r not serving it immediately.
  9. Before serving, just heat the gravy and add the fried veg. balls.
  10. :- It is better if u can add egg, it`ll make the balls more crisp. Don`t worry… I`m a pure veg & adding that egg did not bring in its taste to the curry.
