Ingredients
  • eggs 2 –
  • Cabbage
  • Carrots –
  • Beans –
  • Capsicums –
  • Paneer –
  • Onion
  • all above vegs chopped and taken 3 – 4sp
  • Oil 4sp
  • shreded ginger 1 sp –
  • Salt
Instructions
  1. chop all the vegetables
  2. saute all vegetabless except paneer in a pan to a soft cook
  3. add shredded ginger and salt
  4. add paneer pieces and pepper
  5. beat two eggs and pour it in pan
  6. slightly turn the eggs and mix with vegetables and serve
