  1. Cut all the vegetables into small pieces and pressure cook them (except capsicum).
  2. Grind all the ingredients by adding very little water.
  3. Heat butter in a skillet.
  4. Add ground masala and fry well. Keep frying till oil separates from masala.
  5. Add all cooked vegetables and little water. Cover the lid and cook for a few minutes.
  6. Before removing from fire, add paneer cubes.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and onions. :- Serve hot.
