  • Sugar - 3/4 cups
  • Milk - 2 cups
  • Ghee - 2 tbsp
  • Rasins - 2 tbsp
  • Cashew nuts - 2 tbsp
  • Almonds(flaked) - 2 tbsp
  • Cardamom(powdered) - 2 nos

Instructions
  1. For preparing vermicelli burfi, roast vermicelli in ghee till it becomes golden brown.
  2. Then add milk and sugar. Keep on stirring. Allow it to boil on low flame till it leaves the sides of the pan.
  3. After that add in the raisins, cashew nuts, almonds and cardamom. Mix it well.
  4. Once it becomes thick remove it from the flame.
  5. Take a greased square bowl and transfer the mixture into it.
  6. Allow it to cool.
  7. Vermicelli burfi is ready. Cut it into squares and serve cold.
