Wheat Pizza

  • Wheat 1 1/2cup
  • Yeast – 1tsp
  • Sugar ½tsp
  • Salt 1tsp
  • pizza sauce(I already posted) – 2tbsp
  • Onion 1diced
  • Capsicum ½diced
  • Mushroom ¼cup
  • Paneer(cut in cube) – ½cup
  • Mozzarella cheese( grated) – ¼cup
  • Oil 2tsp
  • olive oil 1tsp
  1. In bowl add yeast and sugar and add warm water and keep aside for 10 mins till forthy
  2. In bowl add wheat , salt and oil and mix well and add yeast and mix well and make sticky dough
  3. Rest for 2-3 hour. Till its double
  4. Now Toss onion, mushroom, paneer, and capsicum
  5. In pizza tray grease oil and take dough and expand in tray with your hand
  6. Now apply pizza sauce and onion, capsicum
  7. Now add paneer and mushroom
  8. Now sprinkle cheese and little salt (if you wish sprinkle red chili flakes, Italian seasoning). Now in preheated oven bake 20 mins in 180 degree
  9. Wheat pizza ready to serve
