Ingredients
  • Ash gourd( whit pumpkin) – 1cup
  • Curd – 1/4cup
  • Water 150ml
  • Ginger(small piece) –
  • Green chili – 1/2
  • Cumin – 1/2tsp
  • Salt(as per taste) –
  • Curry leaves and Coriander(little) –
Instructions
  1. In blender add all ingredients other than pumpkin and curd blend well
  2. Now add pumpkin and blend
  3. Now add curd, salt and water blend well
  4. Now transfer to glass tumbler and serve .White Pumkin( Ash gourd) Buttermilk is ready
