  • Dry milk powder - 1 cup
  • Sugar(powdered) - 2 cups
  • Cardamom(powdered, Elakka) - 5 nos
  • Water - 4 tbsp
  • Ghee - 2 tbsp

Instructions
  1. For preparing yummy cashew nut burfi, heat sugar on low flame in a pan for 3-4 minutes.
  2. Add dry milk powder and stir for 1 minute.
  3. Pour the above mixture in a bowl with cashew nut powder and cardamom.
  4. Add very little water and mix well.
  5. Add a spoon of ghee and mix well.
  6. Grease a tin with a little ghee and spread the mixture in it evenly.
  7. Yummy cashew nut burfi is ready. Cut it into desired shapes and serve.
