Instructions
  1. For preparing yummy lamb thigh, first preheat the oven to 190 celcius.
  2. Poke the lamb using a fork on both the sides of the pieces.
  3. In a bowl mix in oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
  4. Marinate the lamb pieces with the above mixture and bake it until it becomes brown.
  5. Meanwhile heat butter and oil and saute the onion and garlic.
  6. Add in tomatoes, water, soy sauce, pepper powder and salt. Allow it to boil for 5 minutes.
  7. Add the baked lamb pieces to the sauce and mix well. Cover and allow it to simmer on low flame for 20 minutes until the lamb is tender. Stir the mixture occasionally.
  8. Yummy lamb thigh is ready. Serve hot with briyani rice etc.
