  • Cumin seeds(Jeerakam) - 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1 inch
  • Cloves(Grambu) - 4 nos

  • Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger(chopped) - 1/2 inch
  • garlic - 7 cloves

Instructions
  1. For preparing yummy mussels dry, blend all the ingredients under 'to grind': cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, pepper corns and chilly powder to a fine powder.
  2. Add in the onion, ginger, garlic, vinegar and salt and blend it again to a fine paste.
  3. Marinate the mussels in this above masala over night.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the mussels on both the sides. Keep it aside.
  5. In the same oil fry the onions, curry leaves, turmeric powder, coriander powder and tomato.
  6. Toss in the fried mussels and mix it well.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  8. Yummy mussels dry is ready. Serve hot.
