  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Cinnamon(Karugapatta) - 1 inch
  • Cloves(Grambu) - 4 nos

  • Chilly powder - 1 1/2 tsp
  • Ginger(chopped) - 1/2 inch
  • garlic - 7 cloves

Instructions
  1. For preparing yummy mussels fry, blend cumin seeds, cinnamon, cloves, pepper corns and chilly powder to a fine powder.
  2. Add in the onion, ginger, garlic, vinegar and salt and blend it again to a fine paste.
  3. Marinate the mussels in this masala over night.
  4. Heat oil in a pan and fry the mussels on both the sides.
  5. Yummy mussels fry is ready. Serve hot.
