  • Tomatoes(chopped) - 5 nos
  • Potatoes(peeled and cubed) - 3 nos
  • Peas(cooked) - 1 cup
  • Carrot(peeled and chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Beans(chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Cabbage(chopped) - 1/2 cup
  • Cauliflower(chopped) - 1 cup
  • Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 inch
  • Green chillies(slit) - 2 nos
  • Coriander powder - 3 tbsp
  • Cumin powder(Jeeraka podi) - 2 tsp
  • Chilly powder - 2 tsp
  • Pav bhajji masala - 4 tbsp
  • Lemon juice - 2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves(chopped) - 2 springs

Instructions
  1. For preparing yummy pav bhajji, first cook carrot, potatoes, beans, cauliflower and cabbage in salt water.
  2. Heat oil in a vessel and sautT the onions till it becomes light brown in colour.
  3. Add in the tomatoes, ginger, green chillies, salt, coriander powder, cumin powder, chilly powder and pav bhajji masala.
  4. Toss in the cooked carrots, potatoes, beans, cauliflower, cabbage and green peas.
  5. Pour in a cup of water and allow it to boil well till it becomes thick.
  6. Mash the veggies with the back of the spoon or a potato masher.
  7. Garnish with coriander leaves and lemon juice. 8)Yummy pav bajji is ready. Serve hot with pav buns.
