  • Potatoes(peeled, boiled and coarsely smashed) - 2 nos
  • Onion(finely chopped) - 1 no
  • Green chillies(finely chopped) - 3 nos
  • Ginger(finely chopped) - 1 tbsp
  • Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Pepper powder(A pinch) -
  • Eggs - 2 nos
  • Bread crumbs(As reqd) -
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 4 springs

Instructions
  1. For preparing yummy prawn cutlets, boil the prawns in a vessel with water and a pinch of salt. Allow it to cool.
  2. Coarsely blend the cooked prawns and keep it aside in a bowl.
  3. To the bowl, add in the mashed potatoes, onion, chilly powder, salt, pepper powder, green chillies, ginger, coriander leaves and one egg.
  4. Shape into cutlets and dip the cutlets in the remaining beaten egg.
  5. Then coat the cutlets in breadcrumbs.
  6. Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the cutlets till it becomes brown on both the sides.
  7. Yummy prawn cutlets are ready. Serve hot with ketchup.
