  • Baby corn cobs(halved ) - 12 nos
  • Cabbage(shredded, small) - 1 no
  • Snow Peas - 12 nos
  • Dried red chllies - 6 nos
  • Red chllies(slit) - 3 nos
  • Almonds(flaked and toasted) - 25 g
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped) - 2 springs
  • Butter - 50 g
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Salt(As reqd) -

Instructions
  1. For preparing yummy vegetables with almonds, heat oil and butter in a large pan and add the coriander powder, cumin seeds and dried red chillies.
  2. Add in the cabbage and snow peas. Saute for 5 minutes, until the cabbage starts to turn crisp.
  3. The add the red chillies, salt and baby corn cobs to the pan. Saute for for minutes until done.
  4. Garnish with the toasted almonds and coriander leaves.
  5. Yummy vegetable with almonds is ready. Serve hot.
