Instructions
Cut the chicken into 6 pieces(washed and pat dried).
Make a paste with all the ingredients listed with less quantity of water(exept the butter,soya sauce and salt).
Marinate the chicken pieces in a large bowl with the ground paste and add soya sauce, butter and salt.
Keep in the refrigerator for half an hour.
Grill the chicken in the hot oven for half an hour till both sides fully cooked.
We can have this grilled chicken with bread and green salad.
