- 2 Cups Curd
- 1 No. Bringal Sliced
- 1/2 Cup Bitter gourd Thinly sliced
- 1/2 Cup Ladies finger Sliced
- 1 Tsp Red chilly powder
- 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
- Salt as reqd
- Oil for frying
Cut the veggies into small pieces.
Marinate the veggies by adding red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt as required.
Heat oil in a pan and fry it.
Take a bowl and pour the curd. Add the fried veggies and combine well. Adjust the salt and keep it for at least 15 minutes to get the best taste.
Serve along with rice, chapati etc..
