Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Curd
  • 1 No. Bringal Sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Bitter gourd Thinly sliced
  • 1/2 Cup Ladies finger Sliced
  • 1 Tsp Red chilly powder
  • 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt as reqd
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Cut the veggies into small pieces.
  • Marinate the veggies by adding red chilly powder, turmeric powder and salt as required.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry it.
  • Take a bowl and pour the curd. Add the fried veggies and combine well. Adjust the salt and keep it for at least 15 minutes to get the best taste.
  • Serve along with rice, chapati etc..
