Banana - Egg Fry

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Banana cut into small cubes, ripe
  • 2 nos Egg
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Ghee
  • 1/2 tsp Cardamom Elakka
  • Oil As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a kadai and deep fry the banana cubes till golden brown.
  • Beat egg with sugar. Heat a non-stick pan with ghee and scramble egg mixture.
  • Mix fried banana to scrambled egg and add cardamom for flavor.
  • Yummy for sweet lovers.
