Banana French Toast

An easy snack with leftover bananas

Ingredients
  

  • 8 nos Bread slices
  • 2 nos Ripe banana
  • 1 cup Allpurpose flour Maida
  • 2 tsp Vanilla
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • Oil or butter to fry
  • Powdered sugar (optional)

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, place banana, flour, sugar and vanilla.
  • Blend smooth and then add enough milk to make a batter consistency.
  • Dip both sides of the bread in the batter to coat evenly.
  • Fry in hot oil or butter, turning once to brown each side nicely.
  • :- Watch carefully as this tends to burn easily.
  • Drain on paper towel and serve immediately.
  • Dust with powdered sugar, if desired.
