Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Banana chopped
  • 1/2 cup Kiwi chopped
  • Sugar As reqd
  • 1 tsp Maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg powder
  • 1 1/2 cup Milk

Instructions
 

  • For preparing banana-kiwi smoothie, mix banana and kiwi in a blender. Make a smooth paste.
  • Add all other ingredients and blend well.
  • Banana-kiwi smoothie is ready.
