Banana Rice Noodles
this is my new try which come out well. its good for health too. more vegetable and banana are added in this recipe.

- 1 cup Rice Noodles idiyappam
- 1 large Banana
- 1/2 cup Mixed vegetable
- 4 pods Mushroom
- 1 tsp Pepper
- Salt as taste
- 2 tblsp Oil
peel and cut banana and toss with oil
In a pan add oil and add all vegetables .saute well
Now add mushroom and toss for 5 seconds and add salt and pepper
Now add rice noodles(idiyappam). mix well
Now add tossed banana and mix well and turn off
Now its ready to serve Banana Rice Noodles
