Heat the oil in a pan and add mustard seeds/rye. When it crackles add the whole jeera/cumin seeds and fennel seeds/saunf.2)Add the curry leaves and green chilies.
Add chopped carrots and french beans, chili powder, turmeric powder and salt.
Add a cup water and cook for 15-20 minutes.
When the vegetables are cooked, add grated coconut and mix well.
