Beef Biriyani In Kerala Style
Beef biryani is a popular Indian and Pakistani dish that is fairly easy to make. Tender morsels of steak cubes cooked in a beautifully thickened spicy gravy, served over fragrant basmati rice makes the beef biryani a meal to remember.

Biriyani rice - 1 kg Beef - 500 gm Onion - 5 nos Green chilly - 4 nos Ginger - small pc Garlic - 6 nos Tomato - 4 nos Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp Garam masala - 1 tsp Salt - as required Coriander leaves - as required Water - as
Cook the beef with beef masala and salt with water as required.
Heat oil in a vessel and sauté onion and grinded green chilly, garlic, ginger with salt as required.
Add tomato and sauté again.
Add turmeric powder, chilly powder, garam masala and curry leaves.
Cook it with beef for 10 minutes.
Heat oil in a large vessel and sauté cardamom and cinnamon in it. And add water as required.
Once the water boils add biriyani rice, cook it covered for 20 minutes or till the water drains.
Convert the rice in to beef masala and cook it for 5 minutes in low flame.
