Beef(ground) Curry

Easy ground beef curry

Ingredients
  

  • 2 lbs Ground beef
  • 1 no Onion big
  • 1 no Tomato
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
  • 2 sprigs Curry leaves
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 2 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel powder Perinjeerakam
  • 1 tsp Meat masala Garam masala
  • 1 cup Coconut milk
  • 3 tbsp Oil Coconut oil
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan.
  • Saute onion and ginger-garlic pste till onion turns light brown or translucent.
  • Add curry leaves.
  • Add chilly powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, garam masala powder and cumin powder and fry well.
  • Add finely chopped tomato and saute well.
  • Add a little water and coconut milk.
  • Add salt.
  • Take the meat and roll it into small balls and drop them into the curry.
  • Let the meat balls cook.
  • :- Add little more water if necessary.
  • Once the meat is done, open the lid and cook for another 5 mins or until the gravy thickens.
  • :- Serve hot with chappathis or pooris.
