Cut the Bread slices into small pieces and keep them separately
Heat Oil in a Cheenachatti and burst the Mustard Seeds in this hot Oil. Then add the Carrot pieces and chopped Onion, Ginger, Green Chilli, Curry leaves and stir the mix well.
When colour of these ingredients turns into golden, add required salt. Next, break the Eggs and add the contents (White and Yolk) of the Eggs into this mix and stir it well (no water should be added at any stage).
Before getting the Egg contents dried, add the Bread pieces and stir the mix well.
Bread & Egg Uppuma is ready and serve this hot Uppuma for Break-fast/Dinner or with eveing Tea/Cool drinks.
