Bull's Eye Roast
Bull's Eye Roast is a creative variation of the classic bull's eye egg dish. It takes the simple dish to a whole new level, combining bold spices, rich flavors, and a hearty texture.

3 Nos. Eggs 2 Nos. Onion Chopped 1 Tbsp Ginger garlic mixture Crushed 1 No. Tomato(Large) Chopped 2 Nos. Green chillies Chopped 1 Tsp Pepper powder 1/4 Tsp Garam masala powder 1/4 Tsp Turmeric powder Curry leaves Few 2 Tbsp Coconut Oil Salt As reqd
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion. Sauté it for few minutes.
Now add chopped tomato, crushed ginger-garlic and chopped green chillies. Sauté until it becomes soft.
Then add pepper powder, garam masala powder, turmeric powder and add salt as required. Saute for one minute on low to medium flame.
Break 3 eggs and pour it over the masala.
Add some curry leaves. Cover and cook for 5 minutes on low to medium flame.
Flip it and cook for few minutes.
Mix well and turn off the flame.
Serve along with chappathi, pathiri etc.
