To this, add maida and half of the ghee and mix well.

Take a frying pan, put ghee and spread the poori.
Spread grated coconut and jaggery powder mixture over the poori.
Invert an empty shallow vessel over the poori and allow to simmer on low flame, The jaggery, coconut mixture blend and form an uniform top over the poori.
