Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups Cabbage sliced
  • 1 cup Fenugreek leaves sliced, Uluva ela
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1 no Dry chillies
  • 1 1/2 cup Coconut grated
  • 1 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 1 tsp Chilly powder
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • For preparing cabbage-uluvayila thoran, cook cabbage, uluvayila with turmeric and salt.
  • Grind coconut, garlic, cumin seeds and chilly powder.
  • Heat oil, splutter mustard seeds, chillies and add ground paste.
  • Add the cooked cabbage and mix well.
  • Serve hot.
