Carrot-Egg Sandwich

A delicious breakfast - Carrot-Egg Sandwich

Ingredients
  

  • 2 nos Bread slices
  • 1/2 cup Carrot grated
  • 1/4 cup Onion cut into small pieces
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
  • 1 no Green chilly cut into small pieces
  • Curry leaves
  • 1 no Egg
  • 1 tsp Butter
  • Salt As reqd

Instructions
 

  • Into a frying pan, add butter & saute carrot, onion, ginger paste, green chillies and curry leaves for 2 mins.
  • Beat egg & add to the pan and scramble it untill the egg is well done & mix well together.
  • Add salt & remove from flame.
  • Remove the sides of the bread & keep the fillings inside and press both slices together.
  • Cut into two triangular pieces.
  • :- If needed heat both sides on a pan or microwave it.
