Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Rava roasted without oil
  • 1/2 cup Carrot grated
  • 1/2 cup Dried shredded coconut
  • 1/2 cup Sugar
  • 1 cup Hot milk
  • 2 tbsp Raisins
  • 3 tbsp Ghee
  • 1/4 tsp Cardamom powder

Instructions
 

  • Fry the raisins in hot ghee and keep it aside.
  • Add grated carrot and fry it until water has disappeared completely.
  • Add rava and fry for sometime.
  • To this, add shredded coconut and sugar and fry for few minutes.
  • Add raisins and cardamom powder and mix well.
  • Remove the pan from the stove.
  • Add a portion of hot milk to a portion of the mixture and mix well.
  • Dip your hands in cold water and take each portion of the mixture and make lemon size balls.
  • Makes approximately 16 ladoos.
