Cauliflower Green Peas Masala

Ingredients
  

  • 1 no Cauliflower Cooked
  • 1/2 cup Green peas Cooked
  • 2 tsp Tomato sauce
  • Ghee As reqd
  • Salt As reqd
  • Cinnamon(Karugapatta) Small piece
  • 2 nos. Cloves(Grambu)
  • 1/2 tsp Fennel seed powder(Perinjeerakam)
  • 2 nos. Cardamom(Elakka)

For Preparing Paste:-

  • 1 no. Onion Chopped
  • 1 1/2 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds Jeerakam
  • 4 nos Garlic cloves
  • 4 nos. Green chillies
  • or
  • 4 nos. Red chillies
  • 8 nos Cashewnuts

Instructions
 

  • For preparing Cauliflower Green Peas Masala, first grind together the ingredients for preparing paste into a smooth paste.
  • Heat ghee in a pan or a kadai.
  • Add cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, fennel seed powder and saute them for a while.
  • Add the above ground onion paste and stir well.
  • Add the cooked cauliflower and green peas followed by tomato sauce.
  • Stir well and remove from flame, when done.
  • :- You can add chilly powder if you want it to be more hot and spicy.
  • :- Serve Cauliflower Green Peas Masala with chappathis.
