Cut the jackfruit into medium sizes, add little turmeric powder and salt to it.
Mix well.
Steam cook it for 10-15 minutes.
Crush shallots and green chilly.
Take a bowl and add grated coconut, curry leaves, crushed shallots, green chilly and little turmeric powder. Combine well.
Add it into the cooked jackfruit. Add little hot water and mash well. Adjust the salt.
Now we have to temper the stir fry. Heat oil and splutter mustard seeds.Then break 3 dried red chillies and add it into the oil. Finally add some curry leaves and turn off the flame.
