Cut the jackfruit bulbs slightly and remove the seeds, and then slice the bulbs into thin, long size as shown in above picture
Heat about half-a-litre Oil and then put the Jack-fruit pieces into the Oil and stir it
When the colour of the Jack-fruit pieces turns into golden/brown, add required quantity of Salt water into it (or salt powder can add after taking out the fried Jack-fruit pieces from the Oil) and after about five minutes, take the fried Jack-fruit pieces out from the Oil and keep them in an air tight jar.
Chakka Varuthath (Jack-fruit chips) is ready and can be served for evening tea/coffee
