Cheese Omlette

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 cup Bread crumbs
  • 100 gm Cheese grated
  • 6 nos Eggs
  • Salt As reqd
  • Pepper As reqd
  • 1 tbsp Butter

Instructions
 

  • Heat oven to 250 degree.
  • Boil milk and add bread crumbs. Keep it aside to cool.
  • Lightly beat eggs with salt and pepper.
  • Mix well together the grated cheese, beaten eggs and the soaked bread crumbs.
  • Heat a cast iron skillet in the oven.
  • Add butter and when it melts, add the egg mix.
  • Bake it for about 15 mins, till the egg is set.
  • :- Serve warm.
