1 No. Kubbus/chapathi/roti 2 Nos. Egg 2 Tbsp Milk ¼ Tsp Pepper Crushed ¼ Tsp Salt ½ Tsp Butter 1½ Tbsp Carrot Chopped 1½ Tbsp Capsicum Chopped 1½ Tbsp Onion Choppes 1 Slice Cheese You can use any type of cheese
Whisk the eggs in a bowl by adding milk
Add pepper and salt.
Heat a pan, add butter and spread it. Pour the whisked egg.
Add chopped onion, capsicum and carrot.
Add cheese as shown in the image.
Place a kubbus on the top surface and cook on medium heat.
Flip it and add some more cheese.
Make a roll of it on the tawa itself and serve.
Serve hot.
