Marinate chicken with curd, salt, ginger-garlic paste and turmeric powder(mixed well) for 8 hrs.
After marination, add red chilly powder along with all powdered masalas. Keep aside.
Heat oil in the frying pan.
Shallow fry the legs till they start getting roasted.
Remove the pieces from the pan.
Heat up the remaining oil in the same pan.
Add the butter.
Add the onions and fry them till they are transparent.
Add slit green chillies and curry leaves and fry.
Add mint leaves and coriander leaves and fry for some more time.
Add the eggs and scramble them.
When the eggs are still half fried, add the chicken legs and roll properly so that the legs get coated evenly with the scambled eggs.
Finally, add lemon juice.
