Chicken Drumstick Desi Style

Ingredients
  

  • 6 nos Chicken legs
  • 1 no Onion big
  • 1/4 lit Curd
  • Ginger garlic paste -2 tbsp
  • 1/2 tbsp Turmeric powder
  • Salt As reqd
  • Red chilly powder As reqd
  • 2 tbsp Coriander powder
  • 2 tbsp Cumin powder Jeerakam
  • 1/2 tbsp Black pepper powder
  • 1/2 tbsp Garam masala powder
  • 1 no Lemon
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • Oil for frying
  • Mint leaves(finely chopped)
  • Coriander leaves(finely chopped)
  • 3 nos Green chillies slit
  • Curry leaves A sprig

Instructions
 

  • Marinate chicken with curd, salt, ginger-garlic paste and turmeric powder(mixed well) for 8 hrs.
  • After marination, add red chilly powder along with all powdered masalas. Keep aside.
  • Heat oil in the frying pan.
  • Shallow fry the legs till they start getting roasted.
  • Remove the pieces from the pan.
  • Heat up the remaining oil in the same pan.
  • Add the butter.
  • Add the onions and fry them till they are transparent.
  • Add slit green chillies and curry leaves and fry.
  • Add mint leaves and coriander leaves and fry for some more time.
  • Add the eggs and scramble them.
  • When the eggs are still half fried, add the chicken legs and roll properly so that the legs get coated evenly with the scambled eggs.
  • Finally, add lemon juice.
  • :- Serve hot.
