- 1 Tsp Ginger and garlic Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Carrot
- 1/2 Cup Cabbage Chopped
- 1/2 Cup Macaroni Cooked by adding required salt
- 1 No. Egg
- 1/2 Tsp Pepper powder
- 1/2 Tsp Chilly flakes
- 1 Tsp Soya sauce
- 1 Cup Macaroni cooked water
- 1 tsp Corn flour
- 1/2 Cup Cooked and shredded chicken
- 2 Tbsp Sunflower Oil
- Salt As reqd
Keep all the ingredients ready.
Heat oil in a pan and add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute for few seconds.
Then add chopped carrot and cabbage. Saute for 2 minutes.
Now add cooked chicken and cooked macaroni.
Combine well.
Add pepper powder, chilli flakes and soya sauce.
Pour macaroni cooked water and mix well. simmer for 10 minutes.
Beat one egg and pour in to the soup, keep stirring.
Finally mix corn flour in 1/4 cup water and add it into the soup, it makes the soup thicker. Cook for few minutes to get the soup thickens.
Transfer into a serving bowl and serve immediately.
