- 1/2 Kg Boneless chicken
- 1 Tsp Ginger Chopped
- 1 Tsp Garlic Chopped
- 4 Nos. Green chillies Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Pepper powder
- 1 Tsp Soya sauce
- 1/2 Tsp Tomato sauce
- 1 Cube Chicken stock Put in 1/4 cup of water
- 2 Sprigs Coriander leaves
- Corn flour As reqd to make a semi thick paste
- Salt As reqd
- 1 No. Egg
- Oil for frying
Mix cornflour with egg and salt to make a semi thick paste.
Cut the chicken to 1 inch cubes and dip it in this paste for 45 mins.
Deep fry the chicken till golden yellow in colour and keep aside.
Heat 3 tbsp of oil in a pan.
Saute green chillies, ginger and garlic.
Add the fried chicken pieces and saute well for a minute.
Add soya sauce, tomato sauce and the chicken stock and mix well.
Add coriander leaves and mix again. Close the pan to cook on low flame for 10 mins. You can also add salt if reqd when cooking.
