For marinating:

Soya sauce

Vinegar

Chilly sauce
Pepper powder
Tandoori colour
A pinch
Ginger
garlic paste - 2 tsp
Salt
As reqd

Corn flour

Instructions
Marinate chicken with the above ingredients for 2 hrs.
Grind together tomatoes and green chillies into a fine paste and keep it aside.
Heat oil in a pan or a kadai.
Deep fry the marinated chicken pieces.
Heat 2 - 3 tbsp of oil in another pan.
Add the ground paste and salt and fry, till oil separates.
Once it is done, add fried chicken pieces.
Mix well in masala.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
:- Serve with pulao or parathas.
