For preparing chicken paratha, sautT ginger and garlic in ghee. Add in the chicken and fry well.
Then add in garam masala, chilly powder and salt. Fry well.
Saute tomatoes and green chillies.
4)Add in onions and coriander leaves. Fry well and allow it to cool. Keep it aside.
In another bowl mix wheat flour, salt, ghee and water. Knead it well as for chapathi.
Make a small ball and press it with your hand to make small circles.
Spread the chicken on one of the circles and place another circle on top of it. Seal the ends well and roll it.
Heat 2 tbsp of ghee in a frying pan and shallow fry these parathas.
Chicken paratha¦s are ready. Serve hot.
