Chicken Pasta | Cheesy White Sauce Chicken Pasta | Creamy Garlic Chicken Pasta

Ingredients
  

  • 2 Cups Pasta
  • 150 g Chicken Cook and fry it by adding salt and 1/2 tsp pepper powder.
  • 6 cups Water
  • 3 tbsp Oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter
  • 1 tbsp Garlic Finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp Maida
  • 2 cups Milk
  • Salt as required
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano 
  • 1/2 tsp Red chilly flakes
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper powder
  • 2 nos. Cheese slices

Instructions
 

  • Bring water to boil in a pot by adding salt and oil. Cover and cook the pasta in the boiling water for 9 minutes. Then drain the pasta and keep it aside.
  • Heat butter in a pan and add chopped garlic. Saute for 30 seconds.
  • Keep the flame on low and add maida. Stir it continuously for 1 minute until the butter and maida are well mixed.
  • Add milk to the pan.
  • Add oregano, pepper powder, salt and chilly flakes and keep stirring in low flame by the time the sauce comes together and starts to thicken.
  • Now add cheese slices and fried chicken.
  • Finally add the cooked pasta and mix well.
  • Remove from the flame and serve hot.
