Instructions
Bring water to boil in a pot by adding salt and oil. Cover and cook the pasta in the boiling water for 9 minutes. Then drain the pasta and keep it aside.
Heat butter in a pan and add chopped garlic. Saute for 30 seconds.
Keep the flame on low and add maida. Stir it continuously for 1 minute until the butter and maida are well mixed.
Add milk to the pan.
Add oregano, pepper powder, salt and chilly flakes and keep stirring in low flame by the time the sauce comes together and starts to thicken.
