Lemon juice

Grind into paste:

Onion
chopped

Dhania

Garlic flakes

Instructions
Heat ghee in a pan.
Add the ground masala and let it cook for 5 - 6 mins or until raw smell leaves.
Add chicken pieces and 1 litre of water.
Boil until chicken is cooked well.
Add salt and lemon juice.
