Instructions
Marinate chicken in the soya sauce, chilly powder, pepper powder and salt for 30 minutes.
Heat 1 tbsp oil and shallow fry the chicken pieces till cooked. Keep aside.
In another pan heat 1 tbsp of oil and add the chopped ginger and garlic and the sliced onions.
SautT the onions till they are translucent, add the bell-pepper sliced and spring onions and stir fry.
Add the fried chicken pieces and stir fry. Serve with wedges of lime.
Chicken stir fry recipe is ready.
