Instructions
Make few cuts in the chicken with knife.
Mix together lime juice, salt, curd, ginger-garlic paste, tandoori powder and red chilly powder.
Marinate the chicken well with the above atleast for 3 hours(24 hrs is perfect).
Preheat oven to 450 f.
Place chicken on a cookie sheet with foil paper.
Keep shaking and turning it to avoid the chicken pieces from sticking to the Sheet.
:- Takes about 45 mins for perfect taste.
